God mode
SellStack's “Order God mode” is a powerful and custom feature that enables administrators to create orders directly from the Admin interface on behalf of selected customers and businesses. It provides the same order creation capabilities as in the storefront. Additionally, administrators can give special discounts on order items or order levels. Check the images below for an overview of the order creation process as part of this feature. Order God mode is accessed through Admin grid view by clicking on the 'create' button in the top right corner. The first step in order creation is the customer selection (see Order God mode (customer selection) in SellStack Admin image). There, administrators need to select a customer and a business on whose behalf they are creating an order. It is also mandatory to select a sales channel. These three entities and fields are interconnected. Users can notice that changing the channel value resets the selected business. Values in the business dropdown menu depend on the currently selected customer and channel values, while values in the customer dropdown menu depend on the currently selected business. The reason behind this is in the requirement that the customer and business need to be associated with each other as mapped in Dynamics 365. Exceptionally, in the case of the B2C channel, there is only one default business value. After completing the customer selection step, administrators proceed to the item selection form (see Order God mode (item selection) in SellStack Admin image). There, it is possible to add as many new order items as wished. The only requirements are that order items are unique based on the combination of product and Lot number values and that the inventory is available for all newly created order items. The validation is triggered by clicking on the preview button at the bottom of the page.

An addressing form is under the item selection form. If the selected channel is set to B2B mode, all fields are disabled and automatically set to values equal to the business address. In case the selected channel is in B2C mode, these fields can be manually set. The address form also has its validation rules. The required fields are street, country, city, zip code, and state (if the country is US/CA). Please check the business address in case of any errors here and adjust it through Dynamics 365.

The final step of God mode is the preview form (see Order God mode (order preview) in SellStack Admin image). This form is similar to the final step of the checkout process in the storefront, with the addition of discounting capability. The order preview form displays an overview of the created cart, showing information about order items, the selected customer and business, along with the billing and shipping addresses. In this step, the order is not placed yet. The order is created only when the cart is confirmed. A unique feature here is the discounting capability, which gives administrators the ability to discount individual order items or the order as a whole, or both. A discount can be given as a percentage or an absolute value. If both fields are set, the percentage discount has priority.

It is useful to describe which each cell represents in order preview table, Therefore:
Unit price — initial price of order item
Item discount — combines item-level promotion and manual discounts
Distributed order discount — combines distributed values of order-level promotion and manual discounts
Discounted unit price — order item price after discounts
Quantity — order item quantity
Subtotal — discounted unit price * quantity
Tax — applied item-level tax value
Total — Subtotal - Tax
