Admin overview

SellStack provides a verbose overview of all completed orders in the system. Find orders grid view by clicking on the Orders option under the Sales section of the Admin interface. In it (see Orders grid view in SellStack Admin image), administrators can use a wide range of filters to search orders. Each record in the order grid contains a brief order summary containing information like order number, channel, customer name, order states, and order total. To see more details about the order, click the 'show' button to go to the order detail page.

The order detail page provides detailed information about the orders, but also enables administrators to perform some manual actions (order items editing, address editing, order cancellation, handling payments and shipping states, order confirmation mail resending, and more). The left side of the screen displays information about order items and all order monetary information. Each order item comes with product information and, optionally, with the Lot information. The order item values include information about the quantity, discounts, taxes, and pricing (both net and gross values). The bottom of the table displays aggregated order values, including any additional discounts like cart promotions or loyalty discounts, along with the shipping fee. An 'edit order items' button is intended to be displayed here, redirecting to the form for editing order items, but this feature is currently not operational.

The right side of the screen (see images Order detail page (order items) in SellStack Admin, Order detail page (statuses) in SellStack Admin and Order detail page (addresses) in SellStack Admin) displays other important order information:

  • Information about the customer and business accounts associated with the order.

  • Payment state with a list of payments made, or waiting to be made. Depending on the payment state, the order can be in 'awaiting payment’, 'paid’, partially paid’, 'partially refunded’, or 'refunded’ state.

  • Shipping state with a list of shipments. Depending on the shipping state, the order can be in 'processing’, 'ready’, 'cancelled’, 'shipped’, or 'delivered’ state.

  • ERP state, along with a reference to the order identifier in Dynamics 365. ERP state gives insight into the integration state with 365. Depending on the ERP state, the order can be in 'to be created’, 'created’, 'to be updated’, 'updated’, or 'failed’ state. Sales number reference is also a link to the order in Dynamics 365.

  • Billing and shipping addresses. These addresses are equivalent to the address of the associated business. Administrators have the ability to manually change addresses currently.

Finally, there is a 'resend order confirmation' button, which enables administrators to notify customers about the placed order once more or as many times as they want.
