SellStack is integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365, providing a seamless connection between your product, customer and order data between Business Central and your eCommerce store. Data is synchronized every 60 seconds - as long as the previous sync has completed, to ensure your website and ERP remain in near real-time alignment.
The following entities are synchronized:
Items in Dynamics 365 are turned into sellable Products in SellStack
Item Lots in 365 are attached to the Products in SellStack with aligned inventory and Lot Attributes
Customers in Dynamics 365 are turned into Businesses in SellStack
Contacts in Dynamics 365 are turned into Customers in SellStack
Orders placed in SellStack are automatically synced to Dynamics 365 Sales Orders
Customer (Business) price group discounts
